So Chill Social: social media without the algorithm
So Chill Social is a small, human-run social network, an alternative to the big platforms for anyone looking for social media without algorithms deciding what they see, or a social network without AI moderation deciding what they can say.
The idea
Somewhere along the way, social media started to feel like work, an endless feed tuned to keep you scrolling, posts you never asked to see, and rules enforced by machines that don't know you.
So Chill Social is the opposite of that. It's small on purpose. A real person approves who joins, your feed is just the people and groups you chose, and when something needs moderating a human does it, not an algorithm taking a guess. It's meant to feel like the porch, not the arena.
